Had to leave a higher review for it to be seen.
I've loved this company since I first discovered it. But I've had this AMAZING Dream Cloak I ordered (the wrong size, way too big) April 15th. They were nice enough to send me a bag so I had something to mail it back in because it's so huge it seriously won't fit in anything.
After returning (I paid for) to exchange for a large instead of XXL, it was STILL too large! So, been waiting for what seems like forever just to get a size that fits when I really want to wear it. Just, sucky. Man now this has Black Sherpa? Good move on their end with the Black Sherpa looks 100x better on most products from the photos I've seen.
Someone bought it for me as a gift, (trust me I can't afford these on disability that's literally over half my money each month and more than rent+ bills) when I see people leave reviews about having 5+ it seriously blows my mind, or even being allowed to keep one until the other comes so they have 2, I just think omg am I a bad customer? Do I not spend enough? I don't understand it at all.
Something like sleeves, or anything really, should be able to be tailored since they're "made to order".. so, that's my take on it.
I think they're awesome honestly, if you have the money and love that Black Sherpa Tibetan one they just came out with but even if I had the money after this experience I wouldn't order. Kind of just want to use my points and dip.
Oops this was about the cloak. Well, I mean it's regarding the company so that should suffice and I'll just c+p this to the amazing cloak I haven't been able to return..
I understand they're busy but.. I mean $300 to what $500 or so people are spending constantly on these things and, welp. I guess that reflects my opinion on me having to pay for return shipping for a company that probably makes 7 figures a year.
