If for any reason you aren't absolutely blown away by your hand-made and hand-drawn art we would absolutely love to make it right in any way we can.
We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied we will issue you a 100% store credit of your order value (what you paid after discount if applicable). You will be responsible to provide the return postage. The store credit will be issued once the items have been received back to ElectroThreads. Also please note your original shipping cost with your order ( if any ) is non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item or two, please do so within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only eligible if its unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway. Exchanges for different designs are not accepted. Email us at email@example.com for instructions and exchange item / size and we will get the correct item(s) sent to you.
Damaged or Defective Item: If you received a defective, damaged or an incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately. Email us at Help@ElectroThreads.com.
Return Window: We accept returns for in-store credit up to 10 days from receiving your order as long as it's unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway.
Cancellations: Unfortunately, due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
If your order shows "delivered" and you did not receive it. Please contact your local courier and file a claim.
We are not responsible if the given address is incorrect and we will not replace/refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.
Items that are not eligible for returns are swimsuits, bodysuits, underwear, mystery items, monthly boxes and gifts.
