Bought a Rafiki hooded blanket for my daughter... The original didn't arrive, but at the last minute Electro-Threads came through and rushed a replacement so that it arrived on time. My baby girl was totally thrilled and loves her blanket! Highly recommended.

The blanket is nice

Bought for my son and he loves it. Ordered the blanket as a x-mas present, it did arrive by x-mas. took a month to receive although when you order it says expect it in 2 weeks. I would suggest working on customer service though, I emailed asking where the blanket was and got a auto generated email stating I would be notified when it shipped, problem was, I received that shipping email over 2 weeks earlier, when checking tracking USPS hasnt received item. Tried to message via Facebook and never got a response or 2 follow up emails never got a response. X-mas Eve (Sunday) USPS knocked on my door and delivered the blanket. Electro threads came through but not without stress and panic on my part not knowing if it would make it in time. If you order from them to give as a gift, do so 5 or 6 weeks in advance to be sure your item makes it in time.
