Unicorn Sherbet Shorts

I am going to try to start from the beginning. Many months ago I contacted their customer service to ask a few questions about the above product being provided in velvet as they didn't have any product photos at the time. I was very wary of spending a lot of money on shorts that don't come with photos of them in the fabric I wanted them in. We conversed back and forth and they offered to give me the shorts for free if I took product photos for them which is amazing. I absolutely accepted and they sent a gift card code for the amount of the shorts I just paid for shipping and the same pair in the normal fabric in case I didn't like the look of them. Details were squared away and they were sent. They shipped them via DHL. They unfortunately shipped right before the California floods unbeknownst to me but not their fault in any way. I wait for them to arrive but arrival time came and went. I contacted them and DHL to figure out what was going on. They tried their best to get details out of DHL with no luck not for lack of trying. Recently they shipped a replacement of the order via FedEx which arrived to my residence in 2 days. They understood the importance of them arriving before a specified date and they absolutely delivered. The regular shorts are fantastic and the velvet ones make the colours pop. All in all a great company to order from and if anything ever goes wrong they will try absolutely everything and work as hard as possible to resolve the issue in the time frame needed. I can't recommend them often enough it seems. A very happy and loyal customer to the end.
