Biggest complaint is that they missed my order and didn't start it until after it was supposed to arrive and I had to ask about it. I wouldn't have been as upset about the wait if it were not for the fact that I was in need of bedroom curtains... by the way, they are amazing, look good and fit perfectly!
If they had offered some sort of discount and expedited service I would have given 5 stars but since I do not believe they took responsibility fo the mistake, I am only giving them a 3 star review.
