Sacred Duality BIG ASS Blankets | 12' X 9'

This big ass blanket was simply several of the company’s smaller blankets sewn together with a very rough 1/2 inch protruding seam along the center of the back. The pattern and artwork was lovely and the blanket was soft however, it was not a beautiful one piece blanket. I requested black Sherpa backing, I got beige. The pattern was even misaligned in multiple places along that hem. Don’t even try to email or call this company’s customer service for help. I attempted both methods multiple times to discuss these issues and didn’t receive a sorry or even a sent notification. For the outlandish price of this blanket it, should’ve been perfection. These defects are disgraceful and needed to be addressed by customer service. Don’t believe all of those AI pop up reviews on the website. They won’t even allow me to upload photos.
