RETURN POLICY

What is  the Electro Threads Return Policy?

*If you received Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of when your package was delivered with a photo of the defect or issue to: Help@electrothreads.com so we can fix it for you.

 

How do I get my Return started?

US Returns:

First, submit a request with us for your Return. Click here to submit a Return request.

Upon approval of your Request, We will send you a USPS return label to your Electrothreads account email, to use to send your items back to us. If you need us to send your label to a different email, please include the email in the comments section when placing your request for a Return.

*Required- Include a Printed copy of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us.

International Returns:

First, submit a request with us for your International Return. Click here to submit a Return request.

Upon approval of your Request, please ship your Return items to us at:

What happens once my Return items arrive at Electrothreads?

Once we receive your return, We will send your personal In-store credit code to your Electrothreads account email. If you need us to send the code to a different email please include the email in the comments when placing your request, or let us know at Help@electrothreads.com


Returns may take up to 4 business days to process once they are delivered back to Electrothreads. We will be sure to process Returns and issue your In-store credit as soon as possible.
