RETURNS & EXCHANGES [OLD]
What is the exchange/return policy?
Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The exchange/return must be received by Electro Threads within 30 days from when your package is delivered.
The exchange/return item must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition-This includes visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc.
- For returns we offer In-Store credit only!
- We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any swimwear or underwear for health code reasons.
To request an exchange or return please email us at Help@electrothreads.com with “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line along with your order number.
We will then email a return label to customers whose orders are placed within the U.S.
Can I return for a refund?
We are happy to accept returns for in-store credit only (up to 30 days after delivery). We do not offer refunds for returns. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them in. This includes visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc.
How does in-store credit work?
After receiving the returned item back at Electrothreads, we will email you with your personal In-store credit code of the original purchase price of the returned item(s) minus a $5.00 restocking fee.
You can Use the code at check-out as a discount to be applied to a future order!
How can I exchange my International order?
To exchange an international package, simply, print out your confirmation email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at:

Be sure to write on the invoice your name, order number, and what size and item you would like exchanged. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping of their exchange back to us. Once we receive your exchange package we will pay to reship the items for your exchange back out to you.
Can I exchange swimwear/undies?
WE CAN NOT OFFER A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON ANY OF THE SWIMSUITS/ONEPIECES/UNDERWEAR. We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is against the health code policy that we MUST follow.
My Product arrived Damaged! What next?
Please email our support team at Help@electrothreads.com if you received damaged product. We will work with you and discuss sending out a replacement as long we are informed within the 30 day time period of when the order was delivered.
