Returns/Exchanges

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The exchange must be received by Electro Threads within 30 days of purchase.  
  • The exchange item must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition.

To exchange an item purchased in the U.S., simply, click the green ‘? Support’ button at the bottom right of our webpage. This will allow you to email our support line, help@electrothreads.com. Send us a quick message with the subject line ‘RETURNS/EXCHANGES’ letting us know that you are requesting a return or exchange, and someone will help you out in receiving a return label.

To exchange an international package, simply, print out your confirmation email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at:

Be sure to write on the invoice what size and item you would like exchanged. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping of their exchange back to us. Once we receive your exchange package we will pay to reship the items for your exchange back out to you.

PLEASE NOTE, WE CAN NOT OFFER A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON ANY OF THE SWIMSUITS/ONEPIECES.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The returned item must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition.

All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

After receiving the returned item, Electro Threads will provide a store credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

For any items purchased in the U.S. you wish to Return for a Refund, simply, click the green ‘? Support’ button at the bottom right of our webpage. This will allow you to email our support line, help@electrothreads. Send us a quick message with the subject line ‘RETURNS/EXCHANGES’ letting us know that you are requesting a return or exchange, and someone will help you out in receiving a return label.

For any international items you wish to Return for store credit, simply, print out your confirmation email invoice and mail that along with your items back to us at:

Be sure to write on the invoice that you wish to Return the item(s) for store credit. Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf. If at any time you are having trouble with your return, please send an email to help@electrothreads.com

 

Missing Packages:

Electro Threads will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to  Electro Threads.

If your package was delivered but you did not receive it or if your package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: help@electrothreads.com and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.

For missing international packages, We will not be able to send out a second package. We will offer, on a case to case basis a 70% refund of your total order cost.

International Packages:

International packages can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive from the US once shipped.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.

Shipping:

Once your order is placed online, there will be an in house processing time, usually 1-3 business days but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, first class mail in the US should take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reach you! You will receive a separate shipping email with a USPS tracking number for you to track your package.

Free Shipping:

All orders over $100 being shipping in the United States will automatically qualify for free shipping during checkout!

Festival/Event Packages:

If you placed an order for an upcoming Festival/Event, please email us with your order number and the date you need your order to arrive by. Please place orders at least 2 weeks before your scheduled event.
