*Return and Replacement item requirements for US and International orders:
The exchange/return item must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition-This includes visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc.
We will not process your return or replacement if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items here at Electrothreads.
Returns: We are happy to accept Returns for in-store credit only (up to 60 from order ship date). We do not offer refunds for Returns. Upon approval of your Return, we will email you a return label to use to send your items back to us (US only). After receiving the your items back at Electrothreads, we will email you with your personal In-store credit code of the original purchase price of the returned item(s). You can use the code at check-out as a discount to be applied to a future order! *Return items must meet the requirements above to be returned.
Replacements: We can absolutely help you replace items for a size/item exchange (up to 60 days from order ship date). Upon approval of your Replacement we will email you a return label to use to send your items back to us (US orders only). For a Replacement for a size/item exchange, we will email you with updates on your new items and when they will be shipped out to you. *Replacement items must meet the requirements above to be exchanged.
International Returns and Replacements: For all International orders for a Return or Replacement, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping of their items back to us. Once we receive your items back here at Electrothreads for a Replacement, we will update you on when your new items will be shipped your way. Electrothreads will pay to ship out the items for your Replacement back out to you. *Replacement items must meet the requirements below to be replaced or exchanged.
To Return an international order for Instore credit or for a Replacement (exchange), simply print out your confirmation email invoice and mail that along with your item(s) back to us at:

Be sure to write on the invoice what size/item you would like in exchange for a Replacement or if you are Returning for In-store credit. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping of their items back to us. Once we receive your package we will pay to reship the items back out to you if you are requesting a Replacement for an exchange.
