Care Instructions:In love with this onesie. I wore it to countdown NYE and was worried about it arriving in time, but their customer service (Ryan) was awesome and had it rushed to make it in time! It was super comfortable and warm and I got a lot of compliments on it! I got a medium wanting it to be slightly oversized — and it was perfect. For reference I’m 5’8” and 130lbs.

I ordered this costume well ahead of My Blacklight glow party. During this time I had moved and attempted to contact customer service to update the shipping address. After scouring their website looking for a contact method, phone number, email and exhausting anything I could find only to be met with silence, disconnected numbers, and undeliverable emails. Any company that cared about customer service would make it relatively easy to contact them. I did receive the product eventually but much too late to be of any use.
I bought this for Tipper and Friends and had a blast. I'm not going to call this waterproof. But it rained lightly while I was wearing it, and I didn't need an umbrella.
I got stopped by a lot of people, and I even had someone tell me they wanted to be my hype person for the festival! There's a first time for everything!
