Super cute design, the fit is kind of lacking

I have had my eye on this hoodie dress for a long time and I was so excited when I FINALLY pulled the trigger to order it.
The design is so great, super bright and exactly like the picture. The fit is a little lack luster. With it being a hoodie dress I was hoping for some fitting around the waist but it is just a long straight hoodie.
The cuffs are also HUGE. It feels kind of cheap for a $70 purchase, the strings don't even have tips on them, just poorly tied knots.
With this and other recent purchases from ElectroThreads I have really noticed the quality of items going way down. I will be finding somewhere else to get my fun festy clothes which makes me super sad because I have really loved ElectroThreads for a long while now.
