I ordered my masks on April 10th, with the manufacturer saying up to 72 hours to make and then 3-5 days for shipping. About 3 weeks later I emailed to see what the progress was. I was then told the time to make the masks had increased (by 3+ weeks). I understand the time and circumstances completely, but, I do not think I should've had to reach out to find out. I then recieved an email 28 days after I initially purchased 2 masks (with the expectation that they would be arriving in about a week). I feel you should've communicated independently, without me having to reach out, and when you did email, be a little less passive aggressive in the update. You asked, I gave my review.
Came within the time frame they told me. Are exactly what advertised. Thank you.
It took a bit longer because of Covid, but I’d gladly order again!
These masks are very comfortable. The black is perfect for my boyfriend and I love the other colors/designs that I received. Shipping was very slow, which is the reason I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, no complaints.
